And We're Live!!!

I know I haven't been around much lately, but it's because I've been pretty busy with another project. Building the website was a much bigger project than I anticipated. But it's finally live!!!

Check it out, pass it along! Also, I'd really appreciate any feedback people have. My target audience is pet owners so what you guys think is important!
  • Is everything loading ok? Loading quickly enough?
  • Does all of the text make sense? Is there anything that's confusing?
  • How does the gallery work for you? Do you like the format? Does it load quickly? Do you like the way the thumbnails look? The way the images open in a new window?
  • Is there anything you think I should change? Anything that isn't there that you'd like to see?
And just in case anyone is wondering, yes the logo is Iris. :) Who else could represent the business besides my little red dog?

I love it Blue!! Great website!! I want to say though if you are trying to get agility trials to invite you you need to put some action shot photos on your site as examples. I really like those ones of James' racing through the fields. I think they are good for things like that.

Thanks Katrin!

That's a really good point about the action photos. I could divide the gallery into two sections - portraits and action, but I need to get some more action shots! I think the best ones I have right now are of James in the field. Maybe I can get my roommate to handle Iris over a couple jumps.

Great web site. I was going to say the same thing about putting some agility shots on your site. Also when you click on the gallery photos, they dont pop and really catch your eye. You have to put the curser over the picture to really see its beauty. You may want to change that so people see the beautiful photos as soon as the click on to the "gallery" section. Otherwise it looks great. Diana

Hi Diana!

I'm going to play around with the gallery photos this week to see if I can come up with something better. That's a really good point about them not catching your eye right away.

Thanks!
